Rowena Pixel art

Rowena's new look! Without her helmet. I got the idea to do this when I realized that Rowena is the only villain to have visible pupils, and her design wouldn't work if I kept her helmet and removed the pupils. I also kept her helmet on earlier to save time modelling her head. Also made it a black background because... She has a white outline.
