Adrian's room [CHROMA!]

For the first time (that I know of) I'm conceptualizing a scene before the character who goes in it. Leaps and bounds.

I'm introducing another new concept this week, and I was worried whether or not I'd get the scene done on time. I eventually just realized that the scene looked fine the way it was- especially considering how little we see it in Chroma.

Chroma is an idea for an animation which demonstrates two principles. The first is how by putting an image in greyscale, it automatically becomes more photo realistic to us, as we humans will never be able to perfectly perceive and recreate colour. How would someone react if they were to see an object in colour in a world of greyscale...? the second is how we put labels on ourselves in our day to day lives, and how that sort of lifestyle sometimes isn't for everybody. Some people have labels, some are even "between labels" and some don't like to label themselves at all. I shan't reveal any more. Expect more Chroma soon.

I tried to create the room of a "white young upstart" as best I could.
Notice the Koy figure on the desk- he won't be alone in the final animation!

This was a head I made in practice for Adrian himself, with no intent to use at any point. Looks pretty though, couldn't let it go to waste.
